Navigating the Last Sold Calendar

PropStack™'s calendar provides users the option to search via "Prior To" and "Between" Last Sold Dates.

• Prior To: Refers to properties that were sold prior to the selected date.
  • Ex: If you select 12/2/21 as the "Prior To" date, PropStack™ will retrieve all properties within your database that were sold prior to that date.

• Between: Refers to properties that were sold between the given range of dates.
  • Ex: If you select 11/2/21 and 12/2/21 as the "Between " date, PropStack™ will retrieve all properties within your database that were sold between the given dates.
